About the role
The TRIO Upward Bound & Pre-College office is seeking a passionate and energetic Saturday Student Youth Development Facilitator to join our youth development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on inspiring high school students, creating engaging learning experiences, and fostering personal growth. As a Youth Empowerment Coach, you will work directly with students from several Miami-Dade high schools, helping them build life skills, explore career pathways, and stay motivated on their journey to success.
Students will be from schools such as Miami Carol City, Miami Norland, Miami Southridge, South Dade Senior, Miami Central, Miami Northwestern, William H. Turner Tech.

Minimum Qualifications
At least 3 semesters of FIU work experience or related experience outside the University with satisfactory or higher from prior student appointment.

$15.00 / hour to $17.00 / hour
