Cloud Accounting & Operations Specialist
The Cloud Accounting & Operations Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize workflows, standardize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. This role entails providing regular BI reporting, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with marketing activities while staying updated with industry trends. Additionally, the Operations Specialist will support training initiatives, assist in invoicing and funds reconciliation, and uphold professional and ethical standards across all projects.
Role Description
- Work with cross-functional teams on process and workflow management, focusing on scalable and efficient workflows
- Build out and standardize official processes and procedures for new projects and programs
- Provide consistent and regular BI reporting on the effectiveness of projects and programs through recurring meetings and status messaging
- Continually look for ways to increase overall profitability via projects, processes, and tools
- Assist with training initiatives across the department
- Assist in managing project timelines and customer expectations
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new offerings to enhance platform usability and operational effectiveness
- Learn and follow department standards to ensure all projects are conducted professionally and ethically
- Manage internal requests and documentation for marketing activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines and requirements
- Work with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to manage invoicing and funds reconciliation

Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience requiredAbility to work flexible hoursAbility to travel 10%1-3 years of experience in a business office, inside / outside sales, or partner sales support preferredWillingness to obtain both of the following certifications within 6 months of SHI employment :ServiceNow FundamentalsCMDB & ITOM accreditations focusing on Discovery and cloud managementThe estimated annual pay range for this position is $52,000 - $72,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
