Must have : New Hampshire Medical Tech License required for CSFA (not CRNFA), BLS Advanced skills needed : CSFA or CRNFA Procedures performed on unit : GYN, Urology, Spine, Ortho trauma, breast, C-Sections, robotics, vascular, and endovascular procedures. Certifications Required : CSFA Dress Code : (Required uniform) Scrubs are provided daily on site Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
