VP of Professional Services – Americas

Elastic, the Search AI Platform used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, is looking for a visionary leader to head our Americas Professional Services organization. Reporting to the Global VP of Services, you will build and manage a high‑performing team, deliver scalable consulting services, and partner closely with customers, sales and engineering to embed Elastic across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and scale a high‑performing team of services leaders across the Americas.
• Define and execute a bold regional strategy aligned with Elastic’s global vision.
• Drive operational excellence while translating strategy into measurable results.
• Track key metrics to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and impact.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Represent Elastic Services with credibility and influence to leadership, customers, and cross‑functional partners.
• Travel as needed to engage with customers and support regional initiatives.

Qualifications

Compensation

Base salary range : $359,900 – $569,250 USD per year. No variable compensation component for this role. The range may vary by location (Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, New York City) and is adjusted based on experience, education, and market.
