Job Title : Multiple Manufacturing & Skilled Trade Positions – Immediate Openings

Location : Bristol, IN

Job Type : Full-Time

Starting Pay : $20 / hour (Overtime Available)

We are a growing trailer manufacturing company seeking skilled and motivated individuals for multiple full-time positions across various departments. Previous experience is required . If you have experience with power tools, blueprint reading, or leadership in a manufacturing setting, we want to hear from you!

Available Positions : General Roles :

Final Plumb

Trim

Roughing (Power tools & tape measure experience)

Parts Prep (Blueprint reading required)

Swing Shift (Experience in Plumb / Electric / Trim)

Floor Department

Material Handler / Picker

Lamination Department :

Hot Melt Operators

General Lamination

Set-Up (Construction experience preferred)

Urgent – Immediate Need :

Trim Group Lead

Final Finish Group Lead

Plumb / Electric Group Lead

Final Electric

Trim

Requirements :

Previous experience required in manufacturing, construction, or related fields

Ability to read blueprints (for select positions)

Comfortable using hand and power tools (for applicable roles)

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Leadership experience required for group lead roles

Schedule :

Shift : 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 30 PM

Overtime available

Benefits :

Starting pay at $20 / hour
