The Physical Therapist in the Home Care setting evaluate the care plans and administer comprehensive physical therapy modalities / regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.

Location : Near Prairie City, OR

Type : Full-time and permanent

Shift : Days

Requirements : College degree; OR PT license; prior experience
