• 13-week assignment starting mid-December
• 36 hours guaranteed, 40 hours expected
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Hospital-based outpatient setting
• 1 : 1 patient treatments
• Post-graduate PT preferred, new grads with outpatient experience considered
• 85% productivity requirement after first 2 weeks
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
