LABOR AND DELIVERY RN - NIGHTS

Shift : 3x12s nights 6 : 30pm-6 : 30am, plus 1-2 12 hours call shifts in an 8 week period

Years of experience REQ : 2 Years

First-timers accepted : Yes – Prefers seasoned traveler

Weekend REQ : Yes – Every Other

Certs REQ : ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, NRP, STABLE, FHM

Is on-call REQ : Yes - Call- 2-3 (12 hour) call shifts per 8 week schedule

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? -Yes

Open to accommodating block schedule- Yes

Locals accepted : Yes

Pending License accepted : Must have license before start of assignment, can be offered with a pending license.

RTO Restrictions : Unit manager’s approval required.

• Patient Age Group : Neonates, Adolescents, Adults
• Medication System : Pyxis
• Documentation System : Cerner
• Communication System : SBAR
• Provider Support : Interpretation Services, IV Teams, Pharmacy, Phlebotomy, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Rapid Response Team, Respiratory Services, Social Services, Transportation
• Provider Coverage : NP / NNP – In House 24 / 7
• Patient Diagnoses : Antepartum unit Level 1; 36 weeks gestation and beyond
• 4 labor rooms, 2 triage rooms, 2 OR suites, 10 postpartum rooms, 2 stabilization nursery beds
• Traveler must be able to work in all areas of Labor and Delivery
• Special Equipment : infant warmers, PANDAs, Centrak infant security
• Skill : Circulate, Triage
