Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Flint, MI. This position is a contract role for the uping school year.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the needs of students with disabilities
- Provide direct instruction and support to students across various grade levels, K-12
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to meet educational goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation in pliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
Qualifications and Experience :
