Clinical Supervisor Halfway House- Sioux City, Iowa

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and clinical supervision to a team of behavioral health professionals to ensure high-quality, effective, and ethical client care. This role ensures that clinical services meet organizational standards, licensing regulations, and evidence-based practices. The Clinical Supervisor supports staff development through training, performance evaluations, and guidance while also contributing to program planning, quality improvement, and compliance with clinical documentation standards.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies, or other related field, or equivalent experience and training;
• Master's degree in licensable degree program preferred;
• Minimum tCADC within 90 days of hire or transfer, or achieve licensure as a LBSW, LMSW, tLMHC, or other state or national licensure that supersedes the tCADC

Monday-Friday, 8 : 30AM-5PM
