Job Description :

• 5-6 years of Design and implement cloud pages, customer journeys, marketing automation, and omni channel communication in SFMC.
• Solid experience in design and development of Email templates / HTML / CSS and integration.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Check and monitor the campaign delivery
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign build
• Plan the training and grooming of the team
• Coordinate with other teams to align technical efforts with campaign objectives
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and support
• Oversee the development of campaign technologies, subscription list process
• Providing training to the new joiners
• Quarterly basis suggesting best practices and recommendations
• Address any issues / concerns related to Journey, Automation, Queries
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the campaign build.
