Job Description

Manage and oversee luxury residential interior construction projects from start to finish. Ensure high-end finishes meet client expectations and project specifications. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to maintain project timelines. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with regulations. Utilize Procore software to manage project documentation and communication. Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly. Oversee underpinning work as needed for project requirements. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress. General knowledge of building and construction codes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience in luxury residential interior construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes and underpinning techniques.
• Proficiency in using Procore software for project management.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills to manage subcontractors effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
