Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Cath Lab Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 26 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Cath Lab Technologist Location : Saint Joseph, MO Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 5x8 Days (07 : 30 AM – 04 : 00 PM), Call Required, Every 3rd Weekend Job Summary : Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a high-acuity cardiac catheterization lab. The ideal candidate will have strong structural heart and TAVR experience, along with proficiency in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring complex cardiac and electrophysiology procedures. Responsibilities : Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including left / right heart caths, stent placements, IABP, Impella, TAVR, Watchman, and other advanced interventions. Operate and maintain specialized Cath Lab equipment while adhering to sterile techniques and infection control standards. Accurately monitor and document patient vitals and procedural data. Recognize and respond promptly to life-threatening arrhythmias. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as scheduled. Requirements : Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience (travel experience preferred). Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, and either ARRT (R) or CCI RCIS. Strong Structural Heart and TAVR experience required. EPIC charting experience preferred (training available).
