Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
5+ years of sourcing experience with an in-house recruiting team, preferably in a large tech environment
Strong understanding of market mapping and research
Proven success in sourcing sales candidates in the enterprise software industry
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and CRMs for driving top-of-funnel strategies
Ability to thrive in fast-paced organizations and adapt to changing priorities
