The Staffing Consultant role focuses on connecting qualified candidates with temporary or contract opportunities in the local market. This is a full-cycle recruiting position, covering everything from sourcing to placement. The consultant will spend much of their time engaging with job seekers via phone, email, and in-person, while coaching them through resumes, interviews, and the hiring process.
When not recruiting, the consultant will work with their team to review open positions, create job postings, and leverage online sourcing tools. Success in this role requires resourcefulness, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills. The consultant is expected to evaluate not only candidate skills but also qualities like culture fit and character.
This is a relationship-driven, results-oriented sales position where accountability, effort, and perseverance directly impact outcomes.
Typical Responsibilities Include :
Conducting proactive outreach and candidate interviews
Preparing candidates for interviews with client companies
Supporting candidates throughout the hiring process, including post-interview feedback and offer management
Qualifications :
