HVAC In-Home Sales Pro - Home Comfort Designer

This role includes mostly residential and some light commercial HVAC sales. Help design a system of equipment that will meet customers’ heating and cooling needs. Designing effective systems includes performing heat gain / loss calculations and piecing together appropriately sized and compatible components that meet customer needs (both of which we will teach you if you don’t yet have experience).

As an HVAC In-Home Sales Pro / Home Comfort Designer, you are a key team member who proactively nurtures customer relationships and helps customers design an HVAC system that will meet their home comfort needs.

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

Pay

This position is commission-based, and pays based on your sales performance. If you are the type of person who likes to take control of your earning potential, this opportunity is for you. Previous knowledge in sales or HVAC is preferred, but not required.

Commission is on a sliding scale and ranges from 2% to 10% based on the dollar amount of the sale and the type of lead. A minimum of 4 in-home visits per week with a 55% close rate and a $9000 average sale, would generate $1,000,000 in sales annually. The successful Home Comfort Designer would be expected to generate a minimum of $1,000,000 per year.
