Job Description : Our esteemed client is seeking a proficient Estimator to join their dynamic team and strengthen their estimations department. As the Estimator, you'll lead the meticulous evaluation of quotes, bids, and budgets for upcoming residential projects, with a focus on exterior construction. This pivotal role requires an expert understanding of construction materials and methodologies, particularly within the realm of bespoke and production residences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze project blueprints and specifications to grasp project scope and requirements.
• Generate accurate cost estimates covering materials, labor, and subcontractor services.
• Evaluate project bids and budgets for competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to gather essential data for estimates.
• Explore alternative materials and construction approaches to optimize project costs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify project details and address inquiries.
• Monitor project budgets, providing updates as needed throughout the estimation process.
