Job Description

As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol Driver in South San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to situations as they arise. This position requires you to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding the Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or incidents to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.
  • Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions as outlined by Allied Universal and client guidelines.
  • Assist in controlling access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities as required by Allied Universal protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving, in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
