Job Description
We’re seeking a Marketing / Client Service Intern to support Saxum’s dynamic client engagement and marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in client interaction, marketing strategy implementation, and fostering innovative solutions to meet client needs.
As a Marketing / Client Service Intern, you will explore how effective communication and strategic thinking can be integrated into branding, digital marketing, and client service strategies. You will work closely with Saxum’s account management, strategy, and creative teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, assist in managing client relationships, and contribute to problem-solving initiatives. This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of marketing, client services, and strategic communications.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of tailored marketing strategies and campaigns.
Support the account management team in maintaining client relationships and facilitating client communications.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate on innovative approaches to meet client objectives.
Help monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the coordination and execution of client meetings, presentations, and reports.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging best practices in marketing and client services.
Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to learn and contribute.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
