Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Job Description Summary

Ensure the receiving and shipping process is carried out according to the relevant procedures. Supporting that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled on time documentations are complying to relevant specifications and regulations. Ensuring that all documents are available and traceable properly classified / saved / filed and available to satisfy customer internal and legal regulations.

Essential Responsibilities :

Receiving :

• Entering all serial numbers into the MMS system
• Work with Outside Vendors to schedule return shipments including contacting carriers to arrange critical overnight or same-day shipments
• For Outside Vendor returns; review all received paperwork to confirm conformance then receive all SNs against the applicable PO in MMS
• Scan and File all Incoming / Outgoing Paperwork to the appropriate BOX files

Batching :

Shipping : Finished Goods and Outside Vendor

Pay Transparency :

The base hourly pay range for this position is $ 26.00-$32.50 / hr . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
