• Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated, customer-focused

• Service Advisor
• to join our growing team. The Service Advisor is the liaison between our customers and the service department, ensuring an efficient, transparent, and high-quality experience. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, and have a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!
• Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive at the service department
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs
• Prepare cost estimates and obtain customer approvals for work to be completed
• Manage repair orders from start to finish and ensure timely completion
• Foster a positive customer experience to drive repeat business and referrals
• Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role required
• Previous dealership experience required
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair terminology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay : $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
