Sales Consultant

Sarasota Window Blinds is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a client-facing, field-based position focused on helping homeowners and designers select custom window treatments that fit their style, needs, and budget.

As a Sales Consultant, you will conduct in-home design consultations, present product samples, prepare quotes, and manage each project from initial consultation through installation. This role is perfect for someone who loves design, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a flexible, self-driven environment.

Candidates with sales experience—or a background in contracting, design, home improvement, or similar fields—are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary : $30,000 + commission
• Ability to earn six figures in your first year  based on performance
