Associate Attorney

This Associate will interact and represent clients in court appearances as well as maintain and manage client files to ensure development and resolution of cases.

Expectations of this position will include:

• Building relationships with clients to understand their concerns and needs;
• Developing ideal arguments and strategizing as to how best to resolve clients’ cases;
• Conducting depositions and representing clients in court appearances;
• Building relationships with other attorneys, courts and other professionals to assist in your representation of clients;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume role (including keeping up with email and voicemail)
• Ability to work closely with support staff and other attorneys to maximize efficiency
• Ability to draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents;
• Maintaining and managing client files to ensure development and resolution of cases;
• Ability to exercise independent judgment related to case progress and resolution; and
• Focusing on servicing clients in each of their unique ways.
