Project Management

Project Management (PM) oversees cross-functional and / or geographically distributed projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual commitments. The Project Manager reports to the Market Unit Service Lead, manages all project resources (including those from Domains and Market Services), and serves as the primary customer interface. The role involves managing stakeholder expectations and leading the project team throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
