Job Title : Prep Cook
Reports To : General Manager / Assistant Manager / Shift Leader / Kitchen Lead
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Compensation : $16.75 - $20.00 / hour (including tips)
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Summary : We are looking for individuals who look forward to coming to work in a fast paced, upbeat, award-winning scratch kitchen that serves authentic Mexican food. You will assist with various kitchen duties, including food preparation and dishwashing.
