Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Oversee routine website updates, ensuring content accuracy, compliance, and alignment with best practices.
• Partner with vendors and the AVP of Marketing and Digital Banking to recommend website enhancements and implement emerging technologies that support digital growth.
• Develop and implement data-driven email marketing strategies, including automated member journey campaigns, to enhance engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns across website promotions, email, paid search / PPC, and in-app advertising.
• Execute SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance search rankings.
• Manage reporting and analytics for website, email, marketing automation, and digital campaigns, providing insights to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Specialist to manage social media presence, including follower engagement, promotions, contests, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update the company’s intranet to ensure employees have access to current and relevant information.
• Ensure the company’s brand is maintained and that all materials comply with credit union policy and financial institution regulations.
• Adhere to compliance requirements, including AML laws (BSA, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act), business continuity, and vendor management policies.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

Pay Rate Range : $25.00- $30.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
