Your Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will :

• Manage Your PT Business : Build and maintain an active client base while managing your schedule effectively.
• Market Your Skills : Promote personal training programs through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Enhance Member Experience : Conduct fitness assessments, guided workouts, and create personalized programs for clients.
• Maintain a Safe Environment : Keep the fitness floor organized and safe during your shifts.
• Invest in Your Growth : Attend continuing education classes and participate in team meetings to elevate your expertise.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have :

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Transparency : Earn between $39.50-$94.00 per session, with a base rate of $16.50 / hr for non-session work, plus additional incentive bonuses!
