Post-operative craniotomies (bleed evacuations, AVMs, and tumor resections)Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesPatients suffering from hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramA high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow casesYour Role :
Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care utilizing the nursing processCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate careApply clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal patient outcomesEnhance patient experience across the care continuumWhat You'll Do :
Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plansRecognize and respond to changes in patient conditions with timely interventionsPromote patient safety and reduce risks in all care activitiesCoordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approachEngage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to shared governanceSupport meaningful collaborations among team members and maintain effective communicationRequirements :
Registered Nurse license in the state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHADegree from an accredited Nursing programA minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experienceSkills & Abilities :
