At Adam S. Kutner Injury Attorneys, we're redefining the way legal support is delivered and it starts with the client experience. As a Legal Specialist, youll be more than just a case handler youll be a dedicated advocate, a trusted guide, and a vital part of each clients recovery journey.

This position requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload of 80 to 200 pre-litigation cases at any given time. If you're detail-oriented, bilingual, and passionate about helping people during some of the toughest moments in their lives, this role was made for you.

• What Youll Do :
• Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through treatment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, professional, and compassionate communication
• Coordinate with medical providers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters to move cases forward
• Collect, organize, and review documents including medical records, bills, and insurance paperwork
• Monitor client treatment progress
• Maintain accurate, detailed case notes and timelines in our case management system
• What Were Looking For :
• 1+ year of experience managing personal injury cases
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of personal injury case stages, medical terms, and legal processes
• Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Comfortable managing 8
• 0200 cases
• in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Outstanding communication skills patient, empathetic, and professional
• Proficiency in legal case management software

Pay : $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours : No less than 40 per week
