JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support FOX's operations in Mexico. This role operates within a high-volume shared services environment and requires expertise in timely, compliant invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with Coupa, Graphite, or Workday is a plus. A strong understanding of Mexican statutory requirements for the AP cycle-including CFDIs, tax compliance, and related regulations-is essential.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and validate supplier invoices in full compliance with Mexico's fiscal and tax regulations
• Ensure invoices meet statutory requirements and support accurate tax reporting
• Collaborate with vendors and Fox / Caliente TV stakeholders in both Spanish and English to resolve invoice issues and facilitate timely payments
• Reconcile AP Aging reports and vendor statements, resolving outstanding items promptly
• Support supplier onboarding, including documentation review and compliance verification
• Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and regulatory reporting
• Identify and escalate irregularities, discrepancies, or non-compliant transactions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-30.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
