Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Rotating shifts (Days / Eves / Nights), every other weekend, including holidays and on-call as needed.

Job Description Exciting opportunity to work with a highly functioning team of health care professionals in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment caring for adults in the hematology-oncology population. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills are necessary. One year of acute care experience in medicine and oncology is preferred.

Responsibilities Provide nursing care to adult patients in the hematology-oncology population.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Administer chemotherapy and manage patient symptoms effectively.

Monitor vital signs and telemetry as required.

Participate in the education and support of patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure RN License (New York State only)

Two years of experience in a clinical setting

BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) experience

Telemetry experience

BLS (American Heart Association only)

ACLS certification

Chemotherapy certification
