Creason Burris Kuznetsov, PLLC is a growing Idaho firm serving businesses and individuals across civil litigation, business, estate planning, and probate. We value practical problem-solving, and client service that's both responsive and human.

What You'll Do

• Manage a varied caseload with partner support—from initial client intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, contracts, and settlement documents.
• Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, mediations, and trials as experience allows.
• Conduct legal research and craft concise, persuasive written work.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts; keep matters moving and clients informed.
• Assist with transactions (entity formation, estate planning, contracts, real estate) and advise clients on risk, compliance, and strategy.
• Contribute to firm development through mentoring, process improvement, and occasional business development.

What We're Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed (or eligible for prompt admission) in Idaho.

Excellent writing and analytical skills; strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Professionalism with clients, team members, and the court.

Ability to prioritize, take ownership, and ask smart questions.

Experience or interest in civil litigation, business / real estate, and estate planning a plus (but not required).

Comfort with common practice tools (Microsoft 365 / Teams, document management, e-filing).
