Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be a creative, strategic thinker with a solid background in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to shape and contribute to our growing company's marketing and communication endeavors.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop, implement, and manage our marketing strategy, aligning it with the company's business goals and objectives.
2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
3. Create and oversee the production of engaging marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate marketing plans and results to the senior management team.
5. Collaborate with different teams to ensure brand consistency and increase customer engagement.
6. Use CRM systems for efficient customer relationship management and data analysis.
7. Write and edit technical content that resonates with our target audience and promotes our products and services in a compelling manner.
8. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
9. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the Construction industry.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, and CRM systems.
4. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
5. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns.
6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and digital marketing channels.
7. Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
8. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
10. Strong understanding of the construction industry, its market dynamics and requirements.
