We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Integration Manager to join our team at DSTNC. The ideal candidate will have an intermediate background in both RESTful API and API management as well as experience reading and troubleshooting in Python, JavaScript, and related technologies. This position will have the responsibility of maintaining APIs for our products and services.

The E-Commerce Integration Manager will also be expected to provide technical and business analysis to ensure the APIs are delivering the desired results. The successful candidate will understand API design, including the principles of REST, JSON and OAuth and be comfortable working with databases and web technologies. You should also be able to work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that the APIs are meeting the needs of our customers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities :

• Managing and troubleshooting APIs to which provide access to DSTNC's core data retrieval and service offering
• Create detailed API documentation to enable third-party developers to easily integrate with DSTNC's platform
• Create and maintain API client libraries to provide an easy-to-use interface for third-party developers
• Track API performance metrics and work to improve the stability, scalability, and availability of the APIs
• Monitor API usage to identify trends and anticipate customer needs
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Project Management

In addition to your technical expertise, you will leverage your project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute API-related projects from inception to completion

Ability to handle and resolve payment-related errors, including issues with transaction processing, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation
