About the Role

MWH is seeking a Project Systems Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This individual will manage the systems for the entire Walnut Creek Project, ensuring all systems comply with safety, legal, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist project teams in setting up approved company software, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Smartsheet, Power BI, and other approved tools.
• Train Project Systems Engineers and project teams on the use of these software tools and provide ongoing support.
• Set up metrics and reports that are used company-wide
• Work with project managers to present standard metrics and discuss additional reporting needs.
• Maintenance of company-specific workflows and guides that can be tailored to individual projects.
• Provide leadership and oversight of project systems strategy.
• Serve as the liaison between project engineering / management, software representatives, and executive leadership.
• Ensure all systems and processes comply with safety, legal, and company standards.
• Oversee systems support from project initiation through closeout.
• Champion continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.
