Position Summary

The Senior Associate, Investments will work closely with the Alternatives Team to support the management and performance measurement of Fortitudes alternative investments portfolio. The role will involve collaborating across Investments, FP&A, and Accounting to socialize results, automate performance reporting, and deliver portfolio insights that drive capital and financial decision-making. This position requires a mix of analytical rigor, data management, and strategic communication to support the firms growing alternatives platform.

What You Will Do :

• Alts Performance Reporting : Partner with FP&A, Accounting & Capital teams to socialize Alternatives performance results, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across functions.

Manage quarter-by-quarter Alternatives portfolio performance, producing key reports and insights for capital planning, accounting, and executive management.

What You Will Have :

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

Base Salary Range

$130,000 — $160,000 USD
