Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR Business Partners on day-to-day HR activities and implement people strategies
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, time management, and payroll administration
Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with HR policies and U.S. legislation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
2 years of experience in a human resources department with a solid understanding of HR processes and U.S. regulations
Basic understanding of key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
