Practice

- Shift lengths vary from 8-12 hours.
- W2 compensation at $315 / hr for new grads for the first year; and $325 / hr for practicing physicians with 1+ years of experience
- Travel expenses and medical malpractice insurance with lifetime tail is covered.
- Licensing fees are covered
