Adelphi is seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) for a school facility in Southeast Missouri. The ideal candidate will have experience providing occupational therapy services to students aged 521 with moderate to severe disabilities.

Requirements :

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from a program accredited by ACOTE or another AOTA-recognized body.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based setting working with students who have disabilities.

Active Missouri Occupational Therapist license issued by the Missouri Division of Professional Registration.

Ability to pass all required state background checks (Family Care Safety Registry and FBI fingerprint).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities :

Provide occupational therapy services to students ages 521 with varying levels of disability within classroom and school environments.

Implement therapy through an integrated educational approach supporting IEP goals and student participation.

Conduct screenings evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Document progress prepare reports and maintain compliance with all school and state documentation standards.

Participate in IEP meetings team consultations and collaborative planning.

Work with teachers paraprofessionals and multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care and learning.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and educational regulations.

All services must comply with state licensure requirements FERPA confidentiality standards and applicable school district policies.
