Full-Time | Vineyard, UT Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (Weekends & Major Holidays Off)

Screenplay Shirts is seeking a reliable, experienced, and organized Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in the receiving and shipping bay. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role , overseeing a team of three employees while also performing daily shipping and receiving tasks alongside them.

We're a growing company, and we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us and grow into an even stronger leadership role over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 3 shipping & receiving employees
• Work hands-on performing daily shipping / receiving tasks alongside the team
• Ensure all incoming products are checked in accurately and entered into the system
• Organize apparel and materials efficiently for production
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping bay
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Communicate closely with the production team to maintain workflow
• Help establish and maintain warehouse processes and standards
