Advanced Assembly, Inc. (AAI), located in University Research Park on Madison's west side, is seeking a skilled Quality Manager to lead and enhance our quality systems. AAI is an electronics manufacturing services provider known for producing high-quality electronic assemblies and products, including the Captioned Telephone (CapTel). This is a full-time, first-shift role (Monday - Friday) offering :

Position Summary

The Quality Manager is responsible for building, operating, and scaling AAI's quality infrastructure and shaping the company's quality culture. This role oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), drives compliance across all products, and ensures readiness for ISO audits and re-certifications. You will serve as the quality representative during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and collaborate with customers to implement effective quality plans for production.
