Commercial or Industrial Construction Architect

We have a well-established Construction Firm that has a need for an Architect .  This company is well established in Wisconsin with over 50 years in the Commercial and Industrial industries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare conceptual and technical designs
• Draft performance specifications
• Create detailed plans and drawings using industry-standard drawing / drafting software
• Prepare for, participate in, and lead client meetings, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements
• Act as a project leader or collaborative team member, providing guidance and support to staff members as needed
• Implement creative solutions with expertise and precision
• Research current municipal requirements and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
