On June 30th, 2025, RTX announced that it has signed an agreement to sell certain parts of our Collins Aerospace portfolio to TransDigm, including the Sensing & Controls portfolio. Upon close of the transaction, this role will be transitioned to TransDigm.

1st Shift Schedule

This position is for 1st shift.

Monday - Friday 7 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM

Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do

You will demonstrate safe work habits & maintain a clean & professional work area & participate in daily cleaning activities

You will utilize various computer systems by entering & retrieving information to perform daily activities

You will assume the responsibility of completing the work assigned in a quality and timely manner under direct to moderate supervision

You will work to specifications and use all required tools and equipment to perform assigned work according to company regulations

You will perform other responsibilities not listed required by the manager

You will have a solder certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

You will be familiar with all types of hand tools.

You will read and understand blueprints and follow detailed instructions.

You will work in a fast-paced repair environment.

You will understand output goals and speak to management daily.

You will work without direct supervision to complete daily goals.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational / technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
