PRN Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

As a Long Term Acute Care RN (LTAC RN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care throughout the assessment, intervention, and evaluation processes. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated healthcare team to create and implement care plans focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes and ensuring continuity of care. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Administering medications and managing essential medical devices such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Monitoring patient status and effectively implementing care strategies while evaluating outcomes.
• Providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
