Program Manager, Construction Systems
We are seeking a leader to own and deliver complex, multi-faceted system portfolios that are critical to Meta's Design, Engineering, & Construction team's success. In this role you'll take full ownership of a broad portfolio of large-scale, system-focused programs, based in industry standard platforms (eg Oracle Primavera, Autodesk ACC, etc.), that are used to improve and accelerate design and construction workflows, data analytics, and decision making for our global construction program. You'll shape the direction, strategy, and execution across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams at the intersection of enterprise product companies, technical domains, and business staff. You'll assemble and inspire technical experts from various workstreams to deliver on charters and roadmaps. You will manage every aspect of the systems portfolioincluding development, user adoption, optimization, risk management, budget tracking, vendor engagement, and reporting. You'll be the single point of contact for all stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and driving continuous improvement. You will guarantee system stability and efficiency, empowering the organization to operate seamlessly and adapt to evolving business needs. Your technical expertise will inform decision-making, support innovation, and ensure our systems portfolio delivers measurable business outcomes. $144,000 / year to $201,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
