We are seeking a leader to own and deliver complex, multi-faceted system portfolios that are critical to Meta's Design, Engineering, & Construction team's success. In this role you'll take full ownership of a broad portfolio of large-scale, system-focused programs, based in industry standard platforms (eg Oracle Primavera, Autodesk ACC, etc.), that are used to improve and accelerate design and construction workflows, data analytics, and decision making for our global construction program. You'll shape the direction, strategy, and execution across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams at the intersection of enterprise product companies, technical domains, and business staff. You'll assemble and inspire technical experts from various workstreams to deliver on charters and roadmaps. You will manage every aspect of the systems portfolioincluding development, user adoption, optimization, risk management, budget tracking, vendor engagement, and reporting. You'll be the single point of contact for all stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and driving continuous improvement. You will guarantee system stability and efficiency, empowering the organization to operate seamlessly and adapt to evolving business needs. Your technical expertise will inform decision-making, support innovation, and ensure our systems portfolio delivers measurable business outcomes. Program Manager, Construction Systems Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of complex, system-focused programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives
• Develop and implement standards and strategies to enable scalable processes for systems and cross-functional partners
• Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on strategic relevance, potential benefits, risks, and available capacity
• Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps, investment strategies, and success criteria for the systems programs and a portfolio
• Define, plan, and manage all aspects of program delivery, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Serve as the single point of contact for all portfolio and program stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners
• Manage communications, reporting, and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio and individual programs
• Plan and manage resources (people, budget, vendors) across the portfolio to maximize value and efficiency
• Track and report on program status, budget utilization, forecast needs, and ensure cost-effective delivery

$144,000 / year to $201,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
