Job descriptionProvide a Positive Customer Experience by being Confident, Intuitive and Directive. Inspirational style is must! Provide an exceptional Fitting Room Experience. Develop Business by creating meaningful relationships with Customers. Complete the Customer Experience with an Accurate and efficient Checkout process. Address all Customer concerns in a proactive and helpful manner. Be prepared for work daily by knowing store and personal goals, checking daily figures, and walking the floor for new merchandise Stay current on fashion trends and sales knowledge and skills by attending trainings and classes Maintain the department, including stocking and maintaining displays Be prepared to answer store phone calls in a prompt and polite manner.
