Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Director of Preconstruction to our growing Construction division in Seattle, WA. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include :

Business Management :

• Prepares quantitative estimates using McKinstry estimating platforms.
• Manages conceptual and quantitative estimating processes.
• Drives technology initiatives into processes for the group.
• Manages standard operating procedures and Project Life Cycle requirements for both cost and operationally focused preconstruction tasks.
• Coordinates with Business Unit Managers, Project Executives and Project Managers to ensure successful set up and execution of projects.

The pay range for this position is $118,170 - $210,100 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
