Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Lewisburg, TN
Pay : $17.00 / hr.
Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM4 : 30 PM
Job Description :
Handle inbound calls and emails from distributors across North America for Client's family of brands. Provide order assistance, product support, warranty details, and dealer referrals. Enter and process transactions such as orders, claims, and invoices in company systems. Route calls to appropriate departments and document interactions accurately.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Typing speed 3545 WPM
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or call center systems a plus
Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
