Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with assigned OEM customers for mature product lines and recurring revenue
Develop and monitor open order reports to prioritize customer demand and communicate with relevant teams
Support internal actions to address customer priorities and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP
