Job Title : Campus Monitor

Hours : 11 : 00 a.m. - 2 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday

Qualifications : Prior Experience as Campus Monitor or Associate Preferred

Required :

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of successful work experience in building security or a related field
• Demonstrated working knowledge of adolescent behavior
• Competency working in a culturally diverse environment or the willingness to acquire these skills
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to take charge in emergency situations
• Ability to make decisions within guidelines provided

Reports to : Building Administrator

Job Goal : To provide assistance to students traveling throughout the building and alert teachers / administration of any concerns.

Evaluation : Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of Southeast Polk Board Policy.
